Pharmaceutical production is spec-driven construction at its most demanding — controlled environments where the mechanical systems, and the insulation on them, are part of the process itself.
Caldwell installed over 775,000 square feet of duct insulation — half again more insulation than the building has floor — across insulation contracts totaling more than $6.5 million. Our crews put in 26,000 man-hours in under six months without a single accident: the Safe-T program doing exactly what it was built to do, at production pace.

A hospital never stops running, and neither do its mechanical systems. Caldwell insulated the full range of them at Northside Cherokee: chilled water, steam and steam condensate, heating hot water, sheet metal ductwork, and refrigerant piping — the complex heating and cooling backbone a 332-bed, full-service community hospital depends on around the clock.
Sixty-eight thousand man-hours of insulation work, performed accident-free, across insulation contracts exceeding $10 million.

Hyperscale data centers are cooling projects at a scale most contractors never see: this campus peaked at 8,800 construction workers. Caldwell insulated and jacketed 38,000 feet of 30-inch exterior chilled water piping — the loop fed by 244 air-cooled chillers — plus more than two miles of interior cooling piping serving the data halls.
Ninety-six thousand man-hours of insulation work, accident-free, across insulation contracts of more than $35 million — the largest insulation scope in Caldwell’s history.
