leads a family-owned company built on hard work, honesty, dependable workmanship, and treating every customer like
family. Growing up around the industry, he learned that a company’s reputation is earned one relationship at a time,
a philosophy he continues through lasting partnerships with contractors and commercial clients nationwide.
Matt believes Caldwell Insulation’s greatest asset is its people. He is committed to investing in employees,
developing future leaders, and fostering a culture centered on integrity, accountability, and teamwork while helping
the company grow without losing sight of its family values.
Under Matt’s direction, Caldwell Insulation has expanded its capabilities while maintaining the personalized service
and attention to detail customers expect. Whether on a large commercial or industrial project—or one of lesser
size—his goal is simple: deliver quality work, stand behind every job, and build relationships that last.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa, and their six children, supporting his local
community, and giving back to the industry that has shaped his career. Matt and Lisa are also active members of
NorthStar Church in Acworth, Georgia. He believes success is measured not only by growth, but by the trust earned
from customers, employees, and partners.

Chris Caldwell serves as President of Caldwell Insulation, where he oversees daily operations and helps ensure every
project reflects the company’s long-standing standards for quality, integrity, hard work, and exceptional service.
With decades of experience in the insulation industry, Chris has played a key role in the company’s growth, earning
the trust of general contractors and commercial partners across the nation. His hands-on approach and attention to
detail have helped establish Caldwell Insulation as a dependable partner known for quality workmanship.
Chris believes success begins with people. He is passionate about building a strong team, investing in employee
development, and creating a culture where every project and customer relationship reflects the company’s reputation
for excellence.
Working alongside the executive leadership team, Chris focuses on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and
continuous improvement while keeping Caldwell Insulation grounded in its family-owned values and personalized
service.
Outside of the office, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and their two children. He believes the
greatest measure of success is earning the trust and loyalty of customers, employees, and business partners for
generations to come.

As Vice President of Finance at Caldwell Insulation, Penny Valiani plays a key role in the company’s growth,
financial stewardship, and long-term success. She oversees financial operations with a focus on accuracy, integrity,
operational excellence, and responsible planning.
Penny brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and organizational
strategy. Her leadership helps keep Caldwell Insulation financially strong while supporting continued investment in
its employees, customers, and communities.
As part of the executive leadership team, Penny works closely with every department to support informed
decision-making, improve efficiency, and drive sustainable growth. Known for her professionalism, collaborative
leadership style, and dedication to excellence, she helps foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and
continuous improvement while preserving the family values that have guided Caldwell Insulation since its beginning.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Penny values spending time with family and friends, especially her
grandchildren, and is an active member of Fortified Hills Baptist Church. She believes that strong
relationships—both inside and outside the workplace—are the cornerstone of lasting success. Her commitment to
integrity, service, and teamwork continues to help shape the culture and future of Caldwell Insulation.

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Sam Cash serves as Vice President of Operations for Caldwell Insulation, providing executive leadership across the
company’s operational, estimating, and project coordination functions. In this role, he helps guide day-to-day
execution, pricing strategy, client communication, and cross-functional coordination for commercial insulation
projects throughout Georgia and the nation.
While working closely with project managers, estimators, trade partners, and customers, Sam supports the development
of accurate proposals, thoughtful scope evaluations, and responsive solutions that align with each project’s
technical and schedule requirements.
His leadership contributes to Caldwell Insulation’s continued commitment to dependable service, disciplined
execution, and strong client relationships across a range of complex commercial and mechanical insulation
environments.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Sam values time with his wife, Kandi, and their daughters, Gracie and
Charlie, and remains actively involved in his church community at Adairsville Church on the Square.

DIRECTOR OF PRE-CONSTRUCTION
As Director of Pre-Construction at Caldwell Insulation, Thurston McGee leads the company’s pre-construction efforts
with technical expertise, strategic planning, and a customer-first approach. He oversees estimating, budgeting,
project planning, and bid development to help ensure every project begins with a clear scope, accurate pricing, and
a strong foundation for success.
With extensive construction experience, Thurston works closely with customers and general contractors to evaluate
project specifications, develop accurate estimates, and identify cost-effective solutions. His attention to detail
and collaborative leadership help projects transition smoothly from planning to execution.
Thurston is passionate about building strong customer partnerships and developing the pre-construction team. Through
preparation, communication, and accountability, he helps Caldwell Insulation deliver dependable service and reliable
results while supporting the company’s continued growth and family-owned values.
Outside of work, Thurston enjoys spending time with his wife, Sheila, their children, and their grandchildren.
Thurston and Sheila attend Bridgeway Church in Lizella, Georgia, and he enjoys supporting his community and sharing
his knowledge with the next generation of construction professionals.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Heather Boggess serves as an Administrative Assistant at Caldwell Insulation, where she helps keep daily operations
running smoothly through organization, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service. As one of
the first points of contact for customers, vendors, and business partners, she helps create a welcoming and
professional experience for everyone who interacts with the company.
Working closely with leadership, project managers, and field personnel, Heather provides dependable administrative
support that keeps projects and office operations organized. She approaches every task with professionalism,
efficiency, and a positive attitude, reflecting Caldwell Insulation’s values of integrity, teamwork, and service.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, their children, and their grandchild. She and
her family attend NorthStar Church in Acworth, Georgia, and she is proud to be part of a team that values
relationships, quality, and treating every customer like family.

Michael Caldwell serves as a Project Manager at Caldwell Insulation, where he is committed to delivering exceptional

installation teams, Michael helps oversee projects from planning through completion with a focus on safety,
efficiency, and high standards.
As a member of the Caldwell family, Michael is proud to carry on the values that have shaped the company for
generations. His hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and attention to detail help keep projects on
schedule while ensuring customers feel informed and confident throughout the process.
Michael is passionate about solving challenges, improving processes, and finding practical solutions that deliver
strong results for clients. Whether coordinating project of lesser size or managing large commercial projects, he is
dedicated to professionalism, accountability, and excellence.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Young Harris College in 2022, which helped shape his
foundation for leadership, teamwork, and practical problem-solving.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, Ansley, their new son, Reed, and their family and
friends. He is proud to be part of the next generation helping lead Caldwell Insulation into the future while
honoring the family-owned values that have made the company a trusted name in the insulation industry.

Growing up in a family-owned business, Collin developed a strong appreciation for the values that have defined

those principles into every project through clear communication, dependable service, and a commitment to exceptional
results.
Collin thrives in the fast-paced construction environment, coordinating schedules, managing timelines, and working
alongside installation teams to help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Collin’s education from the University of Georgia strengthened his foundation in leadership, communication, and
problem-solving. He is passionate about continuous improvement and finding better ways to serve customers and
business partners.
Outside of work, Collin enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active. He is also an active member
of NorthStar Church in Acworth, Georgia. As part of the next generation of leadership at Caldwell Insulation, he is
proud to help carry the company’s legacy forward.

Heath Nichols serves as a Project Manager at Caldwell Insulation, where he is dedicated to delivering high-quality
insulation solutions and building strong relationships with customers, builders, and business partners. With a
hands-on approach to project management, Heath helps ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and with
the craftsmanship customers expect from Caldwell Insulation.
Working closely with field crews, contractors, and clients, Heath coordinates projects from scheduling and planning
through final installation. His attention to detail, communication skills, and proactive problem-solving help keep
work on track while providing customers with a smooth, dependable experience.

ESTIMATOR
As an Estimator in Caldwell Insulation’s Pre-Construction Department, Aaron Curry helps lay the foundation for
successful projects by preparing accurate estimates, reviewing project specifications, and supporting a clear plan
from the start. Working closely with customers and the internal project management team, he brings attention to
detail, responsiveness, and a strong understanding of project requirements to every bid.
Aaron is known for his professionalism, strong work ethic, and commitment to building lasting relationships with
customers and industry partners. He understands that communication, preparation, and trust are essential to a
successful project, and his collaborative approach helps create a smooth transition from estimating to project
execution.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, Allison, and their son, Adler. He and his family are
active members of Mars Hill Community Church, and he enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends,
and continuing to grow his knowledge of the construction industry.
